Step one is a 30-minute virtual session to get to know each other and to agree what we’ll be working on together. And to schedule the two coaching sessions.

Next you receive Five Questions For Reflection by e-mail and you’re invited to bring your thoughts and responses to the first coaching session.

We then have the first 90-minute virtual coaching session – where we’ll go deep into unpacking your particular situation or challenge at work.

You’ll leave the session with a clear diagnosis of what’s going on. And some clues/ideas of how you want to tackle it.

You then have access to two-weeks of unlimited e-mail coaching support as you think through things you want to change about the situation or about how you are responding to it.

We’ll then have the second 90-minute virtual coaching session to reflect on where you’ve got to and to focus on actions.
